Biography
Honourable Kyle Hodge was born in Anguilla and raised in the village of Stoney Ground and George Hill. Deeply proud of his community roots, he is committed to serving all Anguillans with a leadership style built on inclusivity, unity, and transparency.
In his legislative work, Minister Hodge focuses on economic development, strengthening the business environment, transparent governance, and responsible stewardship of Anguilla’s natural resources. He is especially passionate about youth empowerment, ensuring that the next generation is equipped with the tools, training, and opportunities needed to thrive.
Over the course of his career, he has twice been elected as an at-large candidate in Anguilla’s general elections, in 2020 and 2025, reflecting the trust and confidence of the people. He currently serves as the Minister of Economic Development, Industry, Commerce, Lands and Physical Planning, Water, and Natural Resources, where he is leading efforts to drive growth and resilience across multiple sectors.
Beyond politics, Kyle is a husband, father, and proud family man whose life is grounded in his Christian faith. He is an accomplished entrepreneur, best known as the founder and manager of Tropical Treats, and has successfully launched and managed other ventures that have created jobs and strengthened the local economy. Guided by his values, he also chaired the Get Set Programme from 2014 to 2020 and played a leading role in the Anguilla Youth Business Foundation, for which he received a Certificate of Recognition
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. His combined background in business, marketing, and governance gives him a unique perspective on leadership, balancing innovation with practicality, and community priorities with national progress.
