Biography
The Hon. Cora Richardson Hodge is the Premier of Anguilla, an elected member in the House of Assembly and the Minister of Finance, Labour, Immigration, Home Affairs and Constitutional Affairs. She was first elected to office in 2015 and was appointed Minister of Education, Immigration, Labour, Home Affairs, Constitutional Affairs, Information and Broadcasting and Human Rights.
She is the Founder of the Law Firm Iustitia Law Chambers (formerly known as C. R. Hodge & Associates). She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in corporate/commercial matters and real estate development. A large part of her practice also involves commercial litigation.
Educational and Professional Experience
Mrs. Richardson Hodge received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida and her Juris Doctor (cum laude) Degree from Stetson University College of Law. She thereafter received her Legal Education Certificate from the Council of Legal Education in 2000, allowing her to appear before the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court. She is also a member of the United States Virgin Islands Bar Association and a Court Appointed Mediator of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.
