The Staff
The staff of the House of Assembly play a vital role in supporting Anguilla’s parliamentary democracy. Working under the direction of the Clerk, they provide impartial advice and procedural guidance to the Speaker and Members, manage the daily administration of the Assembly, and ensure that sittings and committee meetings run smoothly. Their responsibilities include record-keeping, preparing and publishing official documents, assisting with legislative processes, and facilitating communication between Members and the public. Through their professionalism and dedication, the parliamentary staff help maintain transparency, accountability, and the effective functioning of the House of Assembly.
