Biography
First elected in May of 2022, Mrs. Shellya Rogers-Webster is the District Representative for Anguilla’s Valley North Constituency, a member of the Anguilla House of Assembly, and the newly appointed Minister of Social Development, Education, Youth & Culture, Library Services & Probation. Mrs. Rogers-Webster formerly served as the Deputy Director of Tourism at the Anguilla Tourist Board and has held various roles across the Anguilla Public Service for 14 years, including Division Head for Culture and Arts at the Department of Youth and Culture.
